Sight Word Recognition- What's the Password?

This is one of the projects that has been on my to do list for quite some time.  I had a password sign outside my old office but couldn't decide how to incorporate that in my new space. So this is what I came up! I certainly utilized my first quarter Teacher Records Day to the max!  What do you think?
